Building leaders who can have the conversation before it becomes a complaint.
Sometimes a team stops working and no individual is at fault. Everyone is competent. Everyone is trying. And the work still isn't getting done, decisions still aren't sticking, and meetings still end with everyone agreeing and nothing changing.
Those situations don't resolve through performance management, because there's no individual performance problem. They need work on how the team operates.

Team interventions and capability work with executive teams, leadership teams, functional teams and frontline crews. Across resources, energy, construction, aviation and corporate functions, including newly formed teams following acquisitions and restructures.
Individual conversations, then typically a half or full day together, then a follow-up. Deeper work runs across several sessions.
Almost always yes. A team session about how the team works, held without the leader, produces a list of grievances rather than agreements. Where the leader is part of the problem, that needs handling directly: sometimes through coaching alongside the team work.
That's what the individual conversations are for. They surface the real issues and let the session be designed around them, so nobody has to raise the hardest thing cold.
It can include one, but the starting point is different. We begin with what's actually not working, then design the day around it: rather than choosing a format and hoping it helps.
Tell us what you need and we'll take it from there.

One-to-one coaching focused on the actual conversations a leader has to have (performance, conduct, change, conflict) rather than leadership theory.
